What's up guys? I'm starting a series featuring some of my favorite YouTube sources for BBQ/grilling related recipes, tips, and product reviews. This list is an overview of the channels featured in this list, but I will be putting out an article every week diving deeper into what makes each channel one of my favorites. Each channel has its own little twist on how they approach recipes, or what cookers they use, which helps those out there who may be on the hunt for a new grill or product.

BBQ Pit Boys
You can't talk about BBQ on YouTube without mentioning the BBQ Pit Boys channel. They have over 2.7 million subscribers on YouTube and have been putting out awesome content on a variety of cookers for over 13 years! The older videos show a ton of cooking on the Weber Kettle, so if you're into that lane of cooking then definitely check them out. You can also start up your own BBQ Pit Boys chapter and chat with other chapters around the world!
How To BBQ Right
Malcom Reed at How To BBQ Right is personally my favorite YouTube BBQ personality. I go to his channel for everything from ribs to desserts. He showcases several types of high end cookers, pellet grills, and backyard style smokers as well. With 1.23 million subscribers, I'm not alone in this loyalty!
Cooking With Ry
Cooking With Ry is an AWESOME channel with over 163k subscribers, and is as close to a Food Network style cooking show that you'll find on YouTube. I like that he offers more outside the box approaches to normally bland favorites, like deviled eggs, chicken thighs, and pigs in a blanket. Unlike some BBQ channels online, Ry lays down subtle relaxing music over his videos, dubbing him the unofficial title of "The Bob Ross of BBQ." Check this channel out for relaxing videos with killer food.
Meat Church
Matt Pittman is the star of the show, the pastor of the Meat Church, if you will. His channel is fairly new to YouTube, but he is pumping out high quality content and great recipes that feature his own line of products. He really started uploading content a year ago, but already has gained 155k followers! Luckily, you can find his products locally at Academy Sports and they are super popular. Meat Church also offers a literal Meat Church... a BBQ class on Sunday mornings at his home in Waxahachie, TX. It is up there on my BBQ Roadtrip bucket list, and it should be on yours too. Side Note: Matt has one of the coolest outdoor kitchens I've ever seen, so check him out just for those backyard goals.
Heath Riles BBQ
Heath Riles is new to YouTube, but definitely not a newbie to the BBQ world. Heath started his channel not even a year ago, and only has 12.9 subscribers, but he has been crowned Grand Champion of BBQ over 15 times in his career, even boasting a perfect 180 score in Brisket at the Kansas City BBQ Society “World Championship Jack Daniels BBQ Contest.” You may have seen him on some of the other channels on this list, as he is a favorite in the BBQ world and is a very likeable guy. Heath's channel features many of his awesome products and cooking techniques from championship BBQ.
Harry Soo
Harry Soo is the leader of Slap Yo' Daddy BBQ competition team and was the winner of BBQ Pit Masters Season 1! Harry has won over 27 Grand Championships and placed 1st overall over 80 times! His YouTube channel has 153k subscribers, and focuses on both competition and back yard cooking skills. He takes a tour of Franklin Barbecue's smoker room that is a top Roadtrip pitstop for anyone in the BBQ world for sure. Learn from one of the true masters of BBQ.
Swine Life BBQ
Swine Life BBQ's YouTube presence is just over a year old, but what a year it has been! They have gained over 36.5k followers by pumping out awesome content. Jamie Williams and his Brother Mark make up the Swine Life BBQ Competition team, but his YouTube Channel focuses on at-home recipes anyone can make! His wife even gets in on the action, which is awesome to see a female presence on screen. They make some awesome looking recipes, and even get into desserts on the grill! Check out their channel for their smoked beef tenderloin recipe and one of the coolest back yard smokers I've ever seen.
Baby Back Maniac
Baby Back Maniac is an awesome channel for those who are into the different types of grills, gadgets, and products related to BBQ. Justin has almost 100k followers, and for good reason. He has probably 50 different grills and uses them all, giving pointers and tips about each. He also teams up with other YouTube BBQ guys a lot, which is cool to see the BBQ world come full circle. Side note: I'm like 99% sure he is an owner of SnS Grills, which produces the Slow n Sear, my favorite Weber Kettle accessory.
T-Roy Cooks
T-Roy Cooks is one of the best backyard BBQ channels on YouTube. Troy boasts an 8 year backlog of great BBQ content, recipes, grilling tips, and even tips on running a YouTube channel! He often collaborates with other YouTubers and shares best practices and such. Troy seems like your next door neighbor who just happens to run a very successful YouTube channel.
Kosmo's Q
Kosmo's Q started out selling 1 single product - Kosmo's Original Beef Brisket Injection, and it turned into one of the biggest BBQ product lines on the market! Kosmo's YouTube presence is MASSIVE, with over 278k subscribers and over 8 years worth of content. This channel has it all, seriously. He shows you how to build your own drum smoker, takes you on tours of giant BBQ Championship Cookoffs, does product reviews, show you how to cook award winning steaks, etc. This is a great channel for beginners and he puts out content very often. Also, check out the Kosmo's Q line of products. You will not be disappointed.
BBQ iT
BBQ iT is my favorite channel for BBQ gadgets, product reviews, and Weber Kettle tips. Craig Kimberly is a great host, and in my opinion is the most underrated channel on this list. The channel has 24.4k subscribers and 2 years worth of high quality content. Craig covers different topics, like charcoal types and tests, how to start a competition cooking team, BBQ gadget reviews, and is a serious Weber kettle enthusiast.
